Visa information:International participants would need to apply for a Business Visit Visa (F-Visa). The F-Visa is issued to foreign citizens who travel to China for visit, research, lecture, business, and exchanges in the fields of science, technology, education, culture and sports. International participants will need an invitation letter for the visa application. Please contact the workshop organizers to enquire about the invitation letter. General visa information should be obtained from your local China Consulate.

Airport:Harbin Taiping International Airport (HRB) is the main airport at Harbin. It is located at about 37 kilometers southwest of the city of Harbin and can be traveled within 40-60min by taxi, depending on the traffic. The organizers have arranged for an airport-pick up for the plenary speakers.
Please make sure that you have informed the workshop organizers of your flight information.

Railway Station:Some participants may use Harbin Railway Station to arrive to Harbin, which is located at the city center.
